As a spiritual director, I have met with individuals for almost ten years, journeying with them in the search for God in their lives. As a supervisor, I support those offering spiritual direction, providing honest feedback, and increasing awareness to connect deeply with others. I draw upon the wisdom of the Ignatian tradition for spiritual discernment and everyday decision-making. I am committed to creating a safe listening space where people of all ages, races, ethnicities, religions, genders, and sexual orientations feel welcome to explore a deeper connection with God and others. With a grateful heart, I teach the art of spiritual direction at the Church of St. Francis Xavier in NYC.
